For us longer-term holders, the macroeconomic conditions are starting to come to fruition in what we've discussed since 2020. Still some upside in the Macros, however the microeconomics now need to start coming into play - ATS will need to take advantage of this cycle. The longer the cycle the better, as wheels in motion VS end game is going to take some lead time. I see this can play out a few ways.
1. ATS in their own right generate interest in a JV. 2. State Line Exploration/Juniper Capital gets some good drilling results, and as a consequence of justifying a spot in the play, generates interest in a JV.
If part 2 plays out, it would make logical and commercial sense that State Line Exploration / Juniper Capital and ATS to develop the play together. On the surface it would seem like a good fit. Unfortunately with PE its a lot harder to find market information, so all pure speculation at this point. Would love to know how that drill is going.
