That is what they portray! However ATS's management structure very different with Aurora's No 1 main driver (non executive) semi retired. Got to get him off the golf course and negotiating a deal. IMO from a technical and accounting perspective the company is the same but from high powered deal making perspective they are down in fire power. Covid has not helped with face to face negotiations being almost impossible. This is just my opinion for what it's worth.
