Well, someone is buying with their fishing lines as holders let some go. I'd expect in this current global fossil fuel pricing uptick due to supply restraints ATS would be progressing with their plans - its been a month since their last release - can they show some indication that they are executing their plans with their next market update?
What hurdles might they be facing?, with confidence - can they say they have some interested parties?
