I'd expect in this current global fossil fuel pricing uptick due to supply restraints ATS would be progressing with their plans - its been a month since their last release - can they show some indication that they are executing their plans with their next market update?
What hurdles might they be facing?, with confidence - can they say they have some interested parties?
