Partner is key, I agree. My bet is that it will come from the private sector and not a major player. I'm thinking private equity or a driller themselves. The thing with ESG pressures is that a provider isn't going to "shut up shop", they will continue to look for opportunities - especially when they aren't bound by reporting requirements.
