In my experience everything about Etrade is a joke, have even tried to put through trades and had web issues stop me doing so for hours on end. More expensive trades, difficult and unintuitive layout, if I were you I'd throw it in the garbage and move your holdings to the CMC account. I can guarantee you won't regret it. The CFD platform on CMC is very nice too and like I said setting up the account took about 10 minutes and it was instantly useable.
