Of course they are bound to release results but they still get to choose the wording around it - my point was just that if the boss is out there's no reason he can't pre-approve a pro-forma release.
I think the real question is in a JV where NEN hold 25% I would have thought ENI would have had first dibs on all releases so with the time differences I just don't understand how this will work.
