RUM MC 43m 125m shares

Just paid 1m cash and 16m shares to buy 100% of Phosphate project.

1. Obviously the Phosphate project is a CashCow - Viable :)
2. Were the 16m shares created or given up by directors? - I am guessing they were printed - still better than a cap raise

Well done RUM - Food and Energy - Recession Proof sectors
Plus that tasty Cu Au tenement for later

Been hanging in since 11c, wish I kept them all now :)
