MMM....the vine suggests that BHP are greedy!
They may not be happy with just an agreement to build the next plant! They want more...much more and are prepared to pay for it!
Maybe the One Steel transaction has put the wind up them a little and they do not want to miss out.
Erms, Ears, Aglommeration, gold and the steel technologies including DRI are all so valuable each in their own right....and BHP know that!
