thanks centre, my understanding is SARCO already hold the
land concessions and therefore wont be subject to the new
rules in the works. As for mining lease, I cant see the issue
in particular when the Chinese will be funding most of the
Alu plant. But yes BFS... I really have no idea except its
beyond ORD's control.
