I think the word you're looking for is "disruptor"...
If everyone responded in the same, MBA-trained way to business then competitive advantage would be significantly decreased, I think CE has gotten significant business leverageover the years by bulldozing his way through roadblocks regardless of reputation and a number of people are significantly better off as a result of it.
