did you see the last quarterly? You know they sold at a 20% discount? You know there’s moisture of 7%? You know there’s freight of about usd 10 or AUD 15? There are royalties as well? Taxes?
that fob cost assumes operating at capacity. Until then the fixed costs will be amortised over lower tonnage increasing the fob cost per tonne substantially. Good luck if you think $6b of debt is reasonable given the current state of their operations.
