I also think there is another reason behind the fall in Io price, China had a new regulation which was /Is due to come into force on rebar standards. old stock was being sold off to make way for the new standards incoming.
Lets not forget baotou steel have said they want to use Min's io from onslow to blend with the new mine in/from Simandou.
