Well that isn't really what he said.
If you really believe that this is the business arrangement that these two companies have you are showing a complete lack of business understanding, as Jayne said at the AGM the companies talk each week. The planning is happening in a business manner not some knee jerk reaction you are making out.
You are also making the assumption that other companies have the capacity to supply quantites at a quicker rate than SM1 will be able to ramp up their supply.
AimforSimon has it pretty much spot on, SM1 have the capacity and infact have bulk storage(inventory as reported) of A2m formula waiting to go to the canning line as A2M call for it.
