As I do not intend to sell , I have not contemplated what CDU is worth to me. You on the other hand may have a short term approach and have set a figure that you would take which I assume is above the current price otherwise you would have sold by now.

It is far too soon to be thinking of the worth of CDU . That will be determined after the plant is in full operation and the profitability is known. We also do not know whether the plant will be operated at the 3 million tonne per year throughput or at the greater capability of 5.5 million tonnes over time.

We do not know how much profit the separate plant for Wilgar will generate since we have an undetermined expanding resource from surface with no deep drilling as yet and the possibility that the Queensland Government may agree to Uranium mining.

We also do not know how successful the port and multi purpose rail facilities will add to the bottom line.

What we do know is that CDU has progressed from a two bit mining minnow[ your words] to a top 200 ASX listed company backed by now four major share holder groups and that they have paid premium prices for their stakes .

I do not believe there is any likelihood of them accepting a takeover offer but if they did you could theoretically assume it would have to be well north of what they paid.

My family group are not sellers. We hold for the dividends so you will have to decide when you sell and what you will take. I do not give out buy or sell advice. Your broker may be able to assist.
