I don't think CE or any entity that he's remotely involved in would have trouble raising cash on debt or equity markets.
as a lot of other posters have mentioned, he's got them right where he wants them.. straight out of the CE playbook.
pay overs for 19.9% and clean up the rest for peanuts when the time comes..
I can only imagine how the domino's will fall over the next 3-24 months.
