BOC has reserves for more than 15 years.(+7 others licenses on Bougainville)
From 1972-1989 (Beginn of the crisis) they pay 1,2 Billion of tax to PNG and 700 Mio of Dividends to the shareholders.
Now this Tax money will go direct to the Bougainvilleans,
I am sure that the discussion over the reopening will beginn in the next days.
