Except he's not a medical doctor. Correct me if I'm wrong, but his PhD is in financial management, with a topic something like: "Modeling economic and financial systems using chaos theory and economic emergence."
So what's a finance guy doing creating chaos by alarming videos on the coronavirus?
Don't know. Best guesses are 1) trying out one of his chaos theory scenarios, or 2) he has shorted some stock in a major market play and hopes to make some serious cash.
