In general if the mkt is up on bad news - is bullish....
If you think the mkt has to catch up with the "news" - forget it... the mkt is way ahead of the news...
This may seem weird to you but is how markets work - otherwise we would all be rich by reading the newspaper headlines - that is never going to happen....
