@Furpo2; in the middle of 2021 the daughter of friends who live not far from you jumped at the opportunity to rapidly upgrade her professional expertise to enable her to care for people in ICUs after many staff became either too ill to work, burnt out or resigned.
They haven't seen her since but are in regular contact.
She's advised them that she loves what she's doing and that she's amazed at just how much is involved in safely turning patients - most of whom she intimated are very young but morbidly obese [140kgs plus]. She indicated that it takes a team of eight well-coordinated people to turn large patients - a task that has to be done multiple times each day.
