@tbirdsrgo; when I was hospitalised late in 2020 with a pulmonary embolism I overheard many conversations from NSW health professionals in the public hospital in which I was being treated.
The common denominator in their conversations was dissatisfaction with resourcing, staff workloads, remuneration and access to training. Not once did I hear them mention feeling under pressure to get vaccinated, some intimated their dismay with colleagues who refuse to get vaccinated though.
It's my view that people who don't believe in modern medical practice need to be eradicated from public health services.
