Many admin workers with experience and a few years in the job
are being forced back into wards to fill staffing holes.

Their cushy jobs are no more - the desk and coffee is gone.

Full PPE all day or night now; and
complete wash detox on knock off
to avoid taking Covid home to their family.

I have not seen two daughters for a couple of months
(YES no Christmas).

Sure there are other reasons why health GPs and Nursing
leave.
But it isn't all "I don't want vaccine"
as is being put up.
