Yes in hindsight shorting would have been a fantastic idea 2 months ago but now I'm not so sure.
It's getting a little risky IMO.
It might be a good idea to short over the next week however once news starts to flow about the surge in consumer spending due to global interest rate drops, oil price drops and bail out plans starting to work things could potentally start to change to the upside.
