I decided to try to build a small position in AR1 as I had been reading about the upcoming Cu shortage due to the switch from IC cars to electric. Friedland, the Canadian mining magnate flagged this awhile ago.
So here we have a “Little Aussie Battler” that seems to be in a great position; lots of tenement, good grades and the ability to produce Cu at LME purity. Not a huge amount of SOI either. Nothing missing IMO.

I’m not getting carried away with the “16% Cu sample” though. It’s just a surface rock chip and I’m sure that richness doesn’t extend far.
