Yes Spooky , as sponsor to the issue & joint underwritter ,the Sausauge Factory has a fidiciary duty , to act fairly & not discriminate against one group of holders . They did a simular thing when they went on market & relieved some of their obligation , when they bought 8 per cent to stimey Nicky
