ZFX is holding about 1/4 of total shares. They still have a long way to go. Think about, it the offer end and when the production begins, ZFX will accumulate the stock when someone try to sell at cheaper pricer. Also, the nickal price is up nearly 20% in LME since the start of takeover bid.

Basically, the price will have much more upside then downside after ZFX bid expired.
