Seeker, I could be wrong but, my gut feeling tells me that it is not a hedge fund.
It is someone that wants to take a stake in AGM and possibly block ZFX with full control of the same.
ZFX is now limited to its offer of $1.10 and so, why would anyone else, especially with no competition around, pay more than an extra 1/2cent, especially in this market.
My thoughts but......
