Well Seeker, why couldn't it even be some friendlies of Jinchuan picking up a few here and there , and then pass them on to them at a later stage??? It has happened before you know??
As for the broker accumulating for a 1% return, I don't quite agree with that because it would cost them more than that in interest and fees alone, if they haven't got the fund already available.
