You don't need to sell. You can be a minority shareholder, (provided ZFX does not get above 90% holding).
Alternatively, you can sell and invest the money elsewhere. With the market the way it is, the takeover has put a floor into AGM price, when the rest of the market has fallen. This means that your buying power elsewhere (on the whole) has greatly improved.
It's really your call.
