priest, part of my reasoning is because i am wondering if i would be better with the money in my hand at the moment and with everything else in my Portflio in the red by 25%.... I am also a newbie to all this and have yet to really understand how things work with takeovers and minor shareholder etc, dont want to sell but dont want to get caught out. What do think the share price would be if the takeover does not happen soon? will it be stuck at 1.10 for 6 months? Cheers
