    there is a lot of if's and maybe's and speculations in all you have said.

    But, as to what will transpire at this stage of the game, it remains anyone's guess.

    I still agree with Priest's comments that, maybe ZFX will review their offer and maybe, they will open the gates for a scrip for scrip offer, to the stubborn shareholders.
