I received this response from ASX re: $3.30 trade of 1,000,000 units .....

Limited (BRM). ASX cannot try to influence how an investor chooses to
place an order. The onus is on the broker to ensure that all orders
placed by them, on behalf of their clients, are genuine and intended to
trade. ASX Limited has been in contact with the broker who has placed
this order and they are of the opinion that the sell order is genuine.

The Surveillance department will continue to monitor trading in BRM.
