Thats what i was talking about when i said i couldnt see how they arent in breach of their requirements to disclose market sensitive info.
anyway looks like theres finally some decent volume/interest come back into mpo, perhaps something is afoot. shorts are still a concern though, 1.462mill on todays list. much higher than normal.
