I really hope you are right re: the liberals knocking the MRRT on the head but in all honesty can you see them doing it once it is in place? Can you think of one tax that has been recinded ( despite all the pre-election promises) once it is in?
After the debacle with the change of speakers in the house yesterday the Liberals have lost their best chance of an early election and IMO this damn tax will be implemented come July 2012.
IMHO i believe there will be no going back and Abbots recinding of the MRRT will be the equivalent of Julia's "NO Carbon tax" Remember that one??
None of them are to be trusted and in the words of Billy Connolly " dont vote it only encourages them" :-)
