Its interesting to see COK go into TH for two days. MTE went into TH on media speculation but released the announcement within the next couple of hours saying they're still in early stages.
Maybe for COK, it's the real deal, considering they are supposedly in "final stage" negotiation. Hope they get a good price for it. The $1b valuation that's been speculated for COK should make $600-700m for MTE more realistic.
