I spoke to Brett at the beginning of the year and he told me it was "held up" by federal laws. He seemed to think it was still on so maybe that's why it hasn't been announced.
An update would be good but I think that most, if not all, MM companies are being restrained by federal laws in the the US and here in Australia and are quietly waiting for progress.
