Thanks for your post with queries directed to me. I’ll take you up on the post and reply as follows…………….
Australia is proving to be difficult for MXC.
>>>>>>>>>>>>. On what basis do you draw that conclusion? Lack of meaningful earth-shattering news that will propel the share price? Why should you be concerned, you’ve been sitting on the sidelines with no skin in the game for who knows how long. For all I know (and don’t care) you have never been a holder!
It's very fortunate that European countries are handing out licences to anyone who say please nicely.
>>>>>>> “say please nicely” – bottom of gutter insinuation but I am sure most posters here would see through a scurrilous comment like that. Suffice to say, I am glad MXC has had the foresight and acumen to apply and ultimately achieve licenses applied for. Others in waiting – just a matter of time!
PK, what's with the low level CBD talk in cosmetics?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>> simply that FDA has no issues with low levels of CBD in cosmetics vs high level CBD oil concentrates and tinctures.
Don't MXC have the exclusive rights to the highest CBD strain of marijuana in existence?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Maybe, maybe not – I don’t care………….. it’s irrelevant – what’s your point?
I'm sure I read that somewhere when they were giving the directors millions of shares.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> well, if you did, please enlighten us all where you read it.
PK, do you know the strain they are growing outdoor in Slovenia?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.. no idea – don’t care! It’s not a prerequisite to my investment.
Is it their exclusive high CBD strain they told the market about? or is it Fedora 17 (commercially available hemp) which was on their growers application and what Slovenia gave them a licence to grow?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> why ask me – if it is an overriding decider to your investment (which you don’t have), give them a call and ask them yourself!
Things may have changed, I don't know the answers but I think shareholders deserve some consistency and truth.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shareholders have been informed all along the way. As you are not a share-holder, I wouldn’t blame them if they told you to simply bugger off!
Also Peter, do you know what happened to the sales agreement with Natura laboratories? I raised at the time that this was suspicious as Nature Laboratories was set up 6 months before MXC and at the time was a business registered to a house address in the middle of a small village, had a one page website with a mobile phone number as it's only contact detail.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> You ‘raised at the time”. Meaning what?, .... you raised it through this forum or you contacted the office and asked them direct? Why not buy a handful of shares, if nothing else, to increase your legitimacy and credibility.
Is this $60 million agreement still going ahead? or are these things just quickly forgotten about and dismissed?
Would love your thoughts on this along with an answer as to why you are a major shareholder and why you specifically ramp only two ASX companies, both of which have Brett Mitchell as a director.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the fact that BM is a director of two companies I have holdings in (SAS and MXC) is pure coincidence. Your specific naming of him suggests you have issues that are deep seated. There is no need for venting here on this forum or any other, IMO. If you have issues then I suggest the confront BM personally rather than sledge him through venues like this and incorporating bystanders like me.
Patient investors in this company, who appreciate its management & direction, will be richly rewarded………….. who knows……….. maybe sooner than later. Those looking to garner quicker gains really should move to another table in the ASX casino or try their hand at crypto’s.
As for you, Tron’, for your own sanity………………. bury the hatchet and move on. I am sure there is a place for you somewhere, but as a non-holder of this stock with apparent issues with management, I doubt there is a value for you here, other than time wasting disruption. I doubt you will ever be a holder of this stock.
I am more than happy with my position and am sure I will see it grow in value very soon. This is an active management working hard in the background securing deals and adding value to the company.
