Anticipated the next cap raising would be to US investors, along with the US listing. Although, when do investments play out exactly as planned.

I've briefly heard the 'material transaction' is an increase to their potential number of users. Currently 3 - 5 million - this is going to double.

Cap raising, not sure of details, prob another $2-$3 million.

These are only whispers, I will likely have some clarification Monday.
