i think its fairly obvious if you look at whats been going on in the region and the quality of tpt's assets that a jv/farm in is going to happen.... some of the posts re timing have been questionable... but , give the new management a chance and when you consider how long most of us have already waited well another few weeks wont matter. still in saying that, i would love a christmas present :)
