These new investors must surely know what the money is being spent on so it's disappointing that BT hasn't come out today saying where the money is going.
A lot of extra shares to service for ever & a day - don't know why they are so afraid of raising debt levels if they are so confident about the future of the DRC - there are plenty of companies now investing there in projects for which they are raising lots of debt to finance operations.
Is there a wildcard here such as a Philippines gold project - probably not.
This 2% shareholder now becomes a 1% shareholder - and will reserve judgement until their expansion plans are revealed.
