I guess Ross and Barber are only 2 of a total of 13 projects that PEN have in Wyoming. At this point in the developement of the Company, I'm certainly happy to accept the opinion of Mr Guilinger on the matter.

Industrial Minerals and is a Competent Person under the definition of the 2004 JORC Code".
