It's not that I could have bought in lower that worried me about the issue price, it's that a discount along the normal
lines that we've had in the past would likely have dropped the SP around 40%
Fortunately RC was able to get a 5% premium on VWAP rather than the 25% discount on VWAP we'd been used to.
