at the estimated growth rates I think that a pe of 15 is conservative.

$10 mill profit gives a 30 cent price for a pe of 15.
Being more conservative on the profit - and say just $7 mill but more aggressive on the pe and say pe of 30 - then a price of 42 cents.

All depends on future earnings.
