We proceed as normal.

There are no legal proceedings we can follow as the Camino well spacing, though " off pattern" was legal.

There are no operational consequences as such for the Rangers well as we just complete and frack the well, then go on our merry way producing. The Camino well protection procedures have no effect on our well, being the second well that is drilled, as all they do is shut the well in, pump water into the formation to essentially provide a pressure barrier in their formation to protect their well bore from any pressure "shock" that occurs as a result of our frack. Their exercise is not a high pressure re-frack or anything like that. Once the BRK frack is done , Rangers starts unloading water and producing, Camino will also start to recover their water and restart their production, which will have to ramp up again.

The issue for them is they are at still in the production flush period where the well is producing beautifully, and the last thing they want to do is interfere with that.... and even more so now with these amazing high oil prices. The Sundance kid well has had 4 consecutive months of oil production over 45,000 barrels of oil, with a peak at ~53,000!... the best Jewell has done is just over 26,000 barrels of oil in a month.

We are 4-6 weeks away from finding out how good the Rangers will be, and even if it is only 75% of the SK, the fact that BRK will have ~80% , or double the WI ( pre royalty ) means instead of ~10800 barrels oil production being attributable to BRK at the peak month, will see ~31,000 barrels of oil notched up against BRK's name.

The excitement is palpable ( well for me at least )
