I too have had a look at Ariel some time ago and they look good. Settlement supposed to be later this month and as I understand 122 have been pre sold with 22 left...and about 60% of retail sold. It was mentioned that the last "20" apartments sold is where the profit comes in. I have noticed on Ariel web site that have always listed about 3 apartments of different configerations for sale. I have been watching and it seems they have been discounted by abour $100,000 over time. If the last 20 brings in the profit...would not these be the "hard to sell" ones...probably a penthouse or two and other apartments not in best positions.
Then again when the whole thing is up and running it may tempt a few more buyers.However will still watch the discounting...I wonder if those that have bought would be seeing much capital gain at the moment.
I think FKP is undervalued and am watching.
