Perhaps it would be better to have the full government system where they own and control everything? Then we all work for the government. That way exports aren't competing with other countries because the government isn't interested in profit or loss and the usual rules defining currency can be ignored to make it all work. Everyone's equal initially but let's introduce a points system run by AI that rewards and punishes to encourage adherence to such a wonderful concept. Let's have those in charge more equal than everyone else and punish the minorites for being less than the majority, nobody will object because that is also part of the perfect system.
