Stocks are 40% undervalued compared to the bond yield and property is the highest extreme ever recorded.
Oil will come off and the final baby boomer spending will kick in.
The money has no where else to go but the stock market.
It does not get any better than this.
I will get the last laugh - revisit the 1990's and take a good look at the chart when it was 3,000 - it went to 10,000 before the end of the decade.
I'm only asking for 40% - no big deal.
Many people will be blind sided just like in 93/94.
Do the math.
