To put the share issue and dilution into context I had charted all the 3Bs over the last 2 years. The lines represent the individual 3Bs. While there have been alot of 3Bs in the last year it should be noted that most of these actually represented the conversion of options into shares.

Also by looking at the options both listed and unlisted you can see back in 2016 there was a significant number and hence the dilution isn't as bad as it first appears.
