Just a comment on the silly names of the companies - that's quite normal. They are obviously shelf companies created (usually) for the purpose of holding assets. They are set up beforehand, usually by junior lawyers in a law firm, and they sit "on the shelf" waiting for a client who might want to use one.
They have crazy names because (a) its tradition to create batches of shelf companies with names that run to a theme, in this case its about hair (bald box, hairy rock) and you have a licence to be quite creative as the actual name will usually be changed during the asset transfer process if desired. (b) its quite hard coming up with original names for companies, most of them have already been used before or are still in operation. Especially when you are creating dozens of them at the same time.
Implying that there is something fishy about these companies just because they have odd names simply indicates that the journalist has no idea about the legal practicalities of shelf companies.
