This is the key point, ASSET VALUE. and i agree if its a forced sale then the asset is worth squat. why pay top dollar when you know if the company goes under, you can pick it up at 1/2 the price.
lets hope it dosent come to this, but seriously would you pay $50 for something that if you hold out for a few months you may get for $40???
